"Positive and negative experience. ➕: great help with new music introduction and learning of new genres so I bought 3 records. They played me songs before buying the records. ⚠️Negative: I asked if they had any Stevie Nicks and the guy had no clue who I was talking about? I was shocked. I asked if they had heard of Fleetwood Mac and they LAUGHED with a customer? (Guy hanging out?) he basically insulted my interests saying “Yeah I don’t listen to them…” okay well Stevie and Fleetwood are ICONS. Listen I’m not a super fan, but at least be open minded to other artists outside of your personal bias. I mean my god, you sell TAYLOR SWIFT, which I personally think is less iconic and “cheap” music than iconic music like Stevie and Fleetwood. Rubbed me the wrong way and I would have loved to walk away with either album…"
