"I refinanced my truck here. It was fine, rate was about the same. In the process of trying to get another loan through them and now they are having trouble giving me another loan of smaller value to get a cheaper car. We bought my wife’s vehicle through GM financial with myself as a co-signer no issue and refinanced my truck with top tier at around the same time no issue. I’m not banking expert, but I think this whole process is ridiculous when it should have been easy."

"This place is a joke, the women in Clarion office are down right ignorant, money turns up missing by them taking money out and when calling to ask about it they hung up on us 4xs, then they supposedly take 4 hour lunch breaks because no one returns any calls. We have been a customer with CFCU for 14 yrs and never had a problem until they switched to TTFCU."
