"Can't say enough good things about this location. We are so happy we bought our TV from the Big Screen Store in Glen Burnie. Jim was fantastic to speak with. He spent time answering our questions and educating us on the different Samsung models we wanted to see. He showed us the differences between the models, then put together a package on the TV we wanted. The price was cheaper than elsewhere, and they doubled the warranty to 2 years. The installation guys (Robert and Magic) were really good. They called ahead/early, and they arrived on time. They were very professional and respectful of our home as they installed the TV and ran through the setup. Our original TV was delivered the next day, but it wouldn't fit where we wanted it mounted. The installation guys contacted Jim that morning to explain the situation and showed up the next day to install another model that would fit. There's very good communication and coordination between sales and installation services. We highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a TV, or media room furniture."
