"The Sales Rep Elijah was awesome! He was very knowledgeable of the product and was able to answer all of my questions. UPDATE: Changing my rating from 5 stars to 2 because days later, I found the mattress was too hard. Long story short, for the mattress type I wanted, the Sales Rep had failed to point out that there was a 3rd option. The Manager immediately pointed out the 3rd option when I came in to exchange the mattresses. I tried to explain the oversight by the Sales Rep, but the Manager didn't seem to care. So I had to pay several fees to make the exchange, as the manager would not wave any of the fees. Later, I contacted the Sales Rep to see if he would explain the oversight to the Manager and maybe have one of the fees waived, but the Sales Rep flat out lied and pretended he had pointed out the 3rd option to me from the beginning. Really disappointing since the Sales Rep was initially so very pleasant. I guess he didn't want to lose any of his commission because, I should add, the 3rd mattress option was in an odd location--not near the other 2 mattresses, so the oversight was understandable given the Sales Rep was not working in his usual store."
