"The couch cushioning has become very worn after 2 years where it feels like you’re sitting on the solid frame. The StealthTech has had so many issues that we no longer turn it on."

"Virtually nothing in the store is able to leave with you. “It’s all for show” and must be ordered, which really limits your overall shopping experience. There were 2 staff members working at the time I went in to look for a new love-sac blanket. One was training and she was very friendly while the other one was short and very impatient with the trainee. I think it’s extremely unprofessional that a manager or trainer treats a new employee that way in front of customers."

"I attempted to purchase a Lovesac sactional sofa online and ran into a few problems. I went into the store at the Annapolis Mall and Kimberly was great. She assisted me in recreating the order I had attempted online as well as provided me some suggestions on new items (reclining back) that wasn’t even available online at that point. The in person experience was great! I placed the order on Monday (Memorial Day) and the boxes were delivered the following Saturday. I couldn’t be more happy with our new Lovesac."

"The Lovesac product is perhaps the most durable and versatile furniture line in the market today and we'll likely never consider different furniture as long as the quality remains high. I would give it 5 stars except the staff working the local store in this latest transaction, we've had several, were not up to the same standard as prior representatives. Though they were busy they seemed bored and inattentive which resulted in the getting the order shipping incorrect and delayed our entire purchase considerably"
