"I don't like salespeople who can't recognize I already know what I want and keep trying to sell me. Thankfully we didn't encounter those type of sales associates and had a great experience. The moment we walked in the door we were greeted by 2 associates, 1 who approached us to ask what brought us into the store. I told them I already knew what I wanted, how soon could they have it delivered and could they beat another store's price. They took the time to make us feel welcome and were very personable as they spent the time to check on what we needed and answer our questions. They saved me enough money to get the 10 year warranty and still save money over the other mattress store we just left. We placed the order and delivery was early and done by friendly associates who wanted to be sure everything was perfect before they left. I highly recommend if you need a mattress you stop in and give them a chance."
