"My experience at Arundel store was great and people where so helpful ,nice and professional. You should go incase you want to buy furniture please asked of these people by the names Tania, Christian and William"
"SCAM WARNING Was good at first. They gave us a discount on a new 3 pc set that had an original price tag of $2600. SIMON the owner, another female sales agent said that we would be getting NEW furniture. The furniture gets delivered and it has the SAME ISSUES AS THE DISPLAY FURNITURE. They LIED the whole time claiming that it was new. They replaced only 1 of the sofas with the broken motor but refused to give us new furniture when we produced evidence that it was DISPLAY FURNITURE that we got. The owner Simon was respectful but not honest until I confronted him about his promise to deliver new furniture and to take back the old furniture. I spoke with Simon over the phone after and he was EXTREMELY disrespectful and unprofessional. He talked over me and lied and said that he never promised to replace the display furniture that we got when we purchased new furniture, and he HUNG UP the phone while I was still talking. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE EVER AGAIN. Very dishonest people. MAKE SURE YOU GET NEW FURNITURE AND NOT USED FURNITURE IF YOU DECIDE TO TAKE A RISK AND BUY HERE. They recently moved to Owings Mills and are most likely continuing the scam over there as well! I am considering legal action but will CERTAINLY report them to the Maryland Attoney General. Also if you look them up in the Maryland tax and Business database they are NOT IN GOOD STANDING."
"My husband and I have been wanting a high tech massage chair and were excited when we found one similar to what we wanted in this store. Nov 9, around 5:00pm. The chair was plugged in and turned on to demo mode, yet when I sat down to try it, an employee told me I wasn't allowed to try it and immediately unplugged it. Nevermind the fact that she then returned to speaking with another customer in a massage chair right next to me ...sampling the functioning chair. I have NEVER experienced such a rude interaction with an establishment's employees. 1. I'm not sure why other customers are allowed to sample the massage chair, yet we weren't. 2. Why have the chair plugged in and set to demo, if it "isn't allowed"? 3. How can you realistically expect a customer to drop $4500 on a chair without being allowed to make sure it's a comfortable fit for them? We immediately left the store after the employee's rude dismissal and you just lost a sizeable sale. We didn't even bother looking at any other merchandise for our new home. We will be buying our furniture anywhere other than your location."
"The sales rep William is amazing! He strives to give you all the support you need in order to make the buying of the furniture as easy as possible. MD furniture offers great customer care and thank you to William for his great service!!"
"If I could give less than one star I would! I accompanied a friend earlier today to shop for apartment furniture and we were immediately met with horrible customer service! I will be returning tomorrow to make a formal complaint. To be clear, this location was in the Arundel Mills Mall near the Old Navy. The sales woman followed us through the store assuming we were going to steal a LARGE piece of furniture, she then RUDELY shouted across the store to correct us on a price difference, and lastly her parting words were βIf you knew anything about crystals then you would know about this chandelier.β I FULLY intend to complain to the greatest extent about this rude young woman."
