"Never answers their phone. Could not reach them for an entire 3 weeks and currently still cannot. Went in person to their location during normal business hours. Door was locked with "open" sign illuminated, rang door bell and no one answered. Called the assistance number on billboard, same number I could not reach anyone on prior. Their service was a mess, nonetheless, there was no service. I couldn't reach anyone. Words of advice, don't advertise for a business that you're not there for."

"I've seen this business grow from the ground up and there has never been 1 compliant. I've never had an issues or problems with anything I've ever purchased with Washington Village. I have furnished my whole house, my daughters house and friends houses with their furniture. Definitely family oriented and very friendly."

"They sell mattresses that look ok on the outside but they really just old mattresses people bring them and they resale after throwing foam over it and putting new stitching over the old matters , they are the biggest and dirtiest scam artist ever... don’t believe me??? If you bought a mattress from there cut the side open you won’t ber dissapointed. Trust me never shop here they will be closed soon I’ll see to it. This is disgusting I thought I had a new good cheap bed but it was jus old dirty used and down right disgusting, if it’s too good to be true it is people!!"

"I came in on a saturday. The attendant was awesome. Very friendly he knew what i was looking for and had me exactly what i was looking for in less than 10 mins. The price was amazing the same furniture that other places in the same area where charging over 1k for i got with a bed room set for 650 after tax and they deliver for free. Awesome place great people. Looks weird from the outside but its very cozy on the inside."
