"I would leave zero stars if that was an option. They promised my delivery on the 19th, pushed it back 3 times until I said no I need this immediately. When I threatened to leave a bad review, they cancelled my order all together after waiting almost a month after ordering. I should have listened to the hundreds of other horrible reviews! I thought ordering through Walmart would protect me but it did not. Buyers beware, this place is horrible!"

"The WORST company you can possibly order from. They sent us defective/broken dining room chairs - we paid $1,600 for a set of 4. I mean the WORST customer service for something at this price point that I have ever experienced. We tried to reach out multiple times and only received 1 response during those times that was totally insufficient. The rest of the times they ignored us. STAY AWAY - do NOT purchase anything from them."

"My daughter and her boyfriend ordered furniture from Home Square and it has been a purchase from hell. They purcahse a dresser which was delivered defective, they said they sent a new one. Never got it. We called asking where it was and they said it damaged during delivery. Two weeks went by and never received the dresser. We asked for a refund and never got our money. They told us to go through affirm because we utilized their payment options. We did! Affirm said it has to be done by Home Square. Affirm keeps trying to charge us for items that we haven't received. It's been over two months, we don't have the dresser nor the refund."

"Do not order anything from Home Square. I ordered a tv stand for a 70 inch tv. It was delivered damaged. I initially tried calling the company. You get a recorded message which tells you at the end to leave a message, but at the end of the message, the call disconnects. I have tried several times calling at different times during the business day with the same results. I finally emailed the company who said they would send out a new stand but for me to hold on to the original item. I have been holding onto this huge box with broken glass in it, in the middle of my living room since the 1st week in December. I live in a very small apartment, so a box in the middle of the living room has been annoying to maneuver around , especially during the holidays. I have been trying to email the company to check the status of my replacement but now I get an bounceback email message stating my email was flagged and didn't go through. I am seeking legal counsel for this! I don't have $350.00 to give away. Home Square will never get a good word from me! I want to be made whole either by giving me all money back or replacing with the exact model tv stand I ordered....UNBROKEN!!!!! Home Square you need to correct this ASAP! ***UPDATE 1/18/2023*** HomeSquare has come through and made right! They have replaced all the broken glass shelves. Thank you HomeSquare! The one thing I can still say that is not pleasing as a customer is, your customer service is NOT on point! The lack of communication is less than desired. Trying to contact you guys is like trying to reach a famous movie star. It shouldn't be that hard, but thanks for correcting the wrong!"

"Ordered a dining table and stools, then after I ordered I read the reviews. Talk about wanting to kick myself, I almost refused the delivery. Well let me tell, so glad I accepted, number one it was a table we were looking for and everyone else was out of stock, the color choice was just what we were looking for and everything was delivered super fast and free and in excellent condition."
