I can’t get ahold of Karla the manager she’s never in the office and she sends me to voicemail when calling her cell. I just want a refund at this point. "My first time shopping at this store and I will never go back there again. My experience in the store was good but I am not please with the item because I received it damaged, I bought 2 lamps that cost $300 I told them I did not want a floor model, he was like no he will not give me a floor model. 3 weeks later a female call to inform me my items were ready for pick up. When I took the item out the box it was damaged, went back to the store and notice the ones in the store is no longer there; when I ask the guy why they gave me the floor model he said they didn’t and doesn’t know why it’s damaged. So disappointed that’s I was treated this way, and if I return it I will have to pay a 20% restocking fee."
