"I have two shopping experiences with this company and confidently would say that they’re not reliable. They sell the worst quality furniture and despite claiming to provide a year warranty, they never take responsibility and never get back to you till the whole year is passed and they respond that sorry we can’t help you. Of course it was absolutely my mistake to trust them for second time, but my advice to any prospective buyer is that stay away from this shop."

"Very unprofessional just save yourself the hassle. Ordered a headboard for my bed and a cozy couch. They said it would be delivered in a week it wasn’t. Kept calling ,no one was answering so had to pull up to the store. Then they proceed to tell me there was a delay. Then when they finally delivered it, it was at 7am when we scheduled for the afternoon delivery. My couch was to be delivered in two weeks then they proceed to tell me it was damaged during transit and if I wanted the display. At this point I’m angry so I told them no I want my refund. After that they proceed to try to keep my money by saying to name a price on the display couch. I said I don’t want a couch that other customers have been sampling. Hello didn’t Covid teach us about germs. Then finally when I receive the refund it’s not the full amount. They are scammers and don’t know how to do business as a business owner myself I was highly disappointed and will have my lawyers in touch. Please save yourself the hassle. Their prices are the same as online vendors anyway."
