"Be wary of their car loans! They may have better interest rates, but make it nearly impossible to make extra payments monthly that are not charged daily interest. Never have I ever had a loan like this. And because their payment processing is so antiquated (I paid the loan through PNC but someone at PHEPLE has to manually process, so it's never predictable with weekends and holidays) you have to physically go into a branch and make your payment in order to make payments above to try to pay off more quickly. It was my fault for not realizing this after over 6 months of making extra payments, but was so frustrated when I figured this out. I ended up taking a loan from a credit card to pay off the PHEPLE loan with MUCH less interest in the long run. Please be aware of this fact when a dealer says 'I have a great relationship with this credit union'. Im sure they do indeed."

"PHEPLE used to be a great credit union (CREDIT UNION) to be with. They have decided to change their computer and especially their app program. It has been horrible since. They found it fine to lock out debit cards for no reason. People I know where on vacation in Disney land in Florida that had their cards locked out. PHEPLE does not care about their members anymore. They want money from their members and nothing else. What a shame"

"I would not advise or recommend going through this credit union for any financial reasons they ripped me off very badly I have a conversation on recording about an agreement we had made and now the lady is telling me she doesn't recall the conversation they are delinquently charging me for a vehicle that is no longer in my possession which is now causing my credit score to drop drastically so if you like myself like honest people who do right by you and you worked so hard for years building your credit just to have this dishonest place they call pheple credit union destroy it within a month I would not recommend sending your dieing animal to these people for help"

"Impossible to get service without going in-person. Online is a mess--phone help virtually non-existent without waiting on hold for 72 hours. Used to be a really good organization to bank and do business with. Now... a absolute mess and I have been a member for 50 years when they were Bellco FCU by the state garage. So I have witnessed the decline over the past 10 years or so personally."
