"Nightmare from hell experience! We got two truck loads of mostly what can be best described as junk. At least 85% of the product was worse than what we were planning to replace at our Inn so we paid many thousands more for movers to unload it and load it back onto their own trucks to take to the dump. Moreover a primary need was TVs and despite the marketing including TVs none were included. Most upsetting was the company described the furniture as "lightly used" in their marketing literature and pics, and they said they guarantee the product and would replace anything that was substandard. They refused even after we sent them pics of their wrecked product. In fact after the first truck arrived and we realized it was almost all unusable junk we tried to cancel the second truck which was supposed to arrive the following day and the company refused to refund us for the second truck which had not yet arrived. After some wrangling they eventually agreed to rebate us somewhere around $140 for each TV which they did not provide. This was the worst experience I have had as a hotel operator. The condition of the furniture was truly unbelievably bad considering it ostensibly came from a Marriott. Literally our old Inn furniture we were trying to replace was in better condition than the garbage we were shipped. I just wish the company was honest about the condition upfront so we could have politely declined the mess we got ourselves into. We literally had to stop booking rooms to give us time to figure out what to do with all the junk unloaded in our parking lot and was too destroyed to put in our rooms. We were too trusting and it resulted in the most stressful and expensive mistake our team has made as hotel operators."

"We bought few truck loads of furniture and they send us all JUNK JUNK. We contacted for 60 rooms furniture and they did not even send all rooms. No one should buy or sale any furniture at all. Take my advice look somewhere else because this people are cheaters and Layers. Do not give them any money on front. Please go to see furniture before you buy. Please take my advice no one should do any business at all."

"Bought a few truck loads of furniture for my properties and had a load that had shifted during transport which broke numerous items--artwork, mirrors, lamps, and scratched/dented the case goods as load shifted. They said they would replace all broken items which they never did and left behind all of the broken trash the driver left for me to throw our as driver had to go to another location. Asset store wanted me to pay $5000. for another load we had dealt for 1st before making good on truck load of broken items I paid for. Steer Clear of this scam artist."
