"They never have toasted coconut or french cruller donuts. The donuts with filling are barely filled. I bought a 1/2 dozen of the old fashioned Dunkin donut (which no longer has the baked on handle for dunking. The place has an odd smell. It no longer looks, smells, or feels like a donut shop. The Customer Service Staff are mediocre. I will not go back."
"Lady working all by herself with a line and mobile orders. She did a great job of handling it all in a timely manner, and the line seemed to be patient and understanding while it moved along. Unusual at Christmas time. Lol Everyone is always in a hurry, including myself. But reading the room, people were very compassionate. Most importantly, coffee was on point! Great job!"
