"The saddest $14 salad. Ordered the Warm Harvest Bowl for pickup. No goat cheese, almonds or dressing. The sweet potatoes and apples were cold mush. Basically ordered kale, grains, craisins, and chicken. Hoping they get it together."
"When I lived Dallas, Chopt was my go to lunch spot. I was so excited when they opened in Towson. I just walked in tonite and was overcome by a horrible chemical odor. I was the only customer and there were many employees, yet no one acknowledged my presence or made eye contact. It felt hostile and uncomfortable. I was disappointed that the steak salad was not on the menu. I would had been happy to try something else, but unfortunately, no one was remotely interested in taking my order."
"I have tried this place two times. It’s a big NO. The menu reminds me of a combination of Cava and SweetGreen. But tastes nothinggg like those restaurants. The first time I had the chicken Tinga I had to force myself to eat it because it was drenched in sauce and had a terrible texture. This time I had the Blissful Harvest Bowl and the chicken looks and tastes like the chicken that’s in a can. It’s disgusting. I cannot finish eating so it’s def a waste of $13. The only good thing about this place is the location, it is walking distance from my apartment and they close at 9. Other than that, I do not recommend."
"Clean, good food, good options and good vibe. I like that there are so many heathy options here but a lot of ways to make sure it’s a hefty salad. I did a build your own. It tasted great! I didn’t get a drink or dessert but they looked good. It’s right by the mall, too."
"I am not a salad person by any means. I'm African, and Africans love the meats, rice, etc. So in no way did I think I was ever going to step foot in this "Chopt" place. Well, that was until my fiance, her mother and aunt said "let's try it"... and boy am I glad we did. From the cleanliness of the "restaurant" to the food menu to the items I put in my wrap, down to the "Chopt" prep, it was awesome. Poor lady behind the counter could barely close my wrap because of how many ingredients I picked out. This place feels like CAVA if CAVA went to Penn State and got a degree in Health Science with a minor in Film Production. Such a great experience - even the damn Chocolate Chunk cookie made me want to kiss the franchise-owners forehead (I didn't but I would with consent). Definitely fresh never frozen. Phenomenal flavors considering the name of the place is giving "all we have is salt, pepper and olive oil". I'd definitely come back and eat here again, no doubt about it. This is the type of good food that makes someone think twice before they say they're having a terrible day. I'd give more stars but unfortunately NASA and Space X own the rest of them so I guess 5 out of 5 stars it is. Sincerely, Chopt's newest happy customer."
