"I’ve been coming here for a while. They have a frequent client stamp program. Every time you come you put your phone number in and on the 5 or 6th visit you get a free threading service. so the first time when I was close to receiving my “free threading” I was told something happened with the system and all my visits were erased. Now after racking up my visits again , I come today expecting my free visit and was told they never had a free threading service and it’s always been 25% off which is a lie!! If your policy changed fine but don’t be dishonest about it. Won’t be returning"

"I would not recommend this location to anyone. I made an appointment and was on time, just to be advised that the wax was not ready and to come back in 15 minutes. I came back and it still was not ready. I was advised that someone else had an appointment before me and Toni took them to the back for their service causing me to miss my appointment because I had to go to work. Very poor scheduling system. Like why would you start appointments at 10 knowing that you won’t be ready until 10:45? I do not recommend!"
