"Hair here is more expensive than the others stores on the same street. Would not let me exchange unused hair that was bad quality(faux dreads). Woman there said she was not the manager so not sure why she was left there to 'man' the store. I gave her an option to exchange the pack of hair or lose the total amount of my purchase when i dispute my CC charges for faulty & misleading product representation. Yea, i'll keep it moving next time to Rainbow Beauty or elsewhere."
