"Pros Great design and looks great in the pictures on the website Cons Almost every piece is warped and the use cheap pine wood and plywood. Gaps resulted between the headboard and frame. Had to pull the sides of the frame inward as we installed the slats because the wood was bowed so bad. Maybe moisture in your warehouse? The drawers went together easy although the bottoms are extremely thin. Was really expecting better material for $1000. Not happy"
"Best customer service I've ever had! I was trying to order a bed on a Friday evening on a holiday weekend when I had an issue with my order. I sent an email letting them know the problem and expected to wait until the following Tuesday for a response. Nope! The owner called me within the hour to handle the issue and put in the order for me that night! The bed came quickly, and undamaged. It was relatively easy to put together. My husband was able to do it by himself. It's been almost a year, and still no issues with it. The bed is of great quality, the price was very reasonable, and the service was amazing. I highly recommend them!"
