"I had an excellent experience at the Ashley Furniture Churchville Rd location. The store is large and has plenty of options. My partner and I were looking for a very sturdy yet tasteful bedframe. One of the employees, Amber, was efficient and knowledgeable during checkout and maintained a friendly, professional attitude while making the process quick and painless."

Amber (I believe in customer service or a receptionist) went above and beyond to resolve our issues. She was very helpful and knowledgeable assisting my wife with completing the delivery process."

Day of delivery the guys were very polite and careful with bringing furniture in and setting up. They made sure reclining part worked on sofa and loveseat. We are very happy and will be back for any other pieces of furniture in the future."
