I figured the process of buying a new mattress would consist of several trips/days and hours to ensure that we were receiving a great mattress at a great value. "The gentleman that helped us was absolutely wonderful! He didn't try and push the high end expensive beds on us and he legitimately seemed to care about our sleep needs and comfort! He also got us set up for next day delivery and no matter how much my kids ran around the place trying to jump on all the beds he never appeared to get impatient or frustrated and even seemed to understand!"
"John was absolutely amazing! The entire experience was top notch. We never felt pressured or lead on, and we are picky and took forever. However, he was up-front and honest, while giving us the absolute best deal possible. We went to every place we could think of for a new mattress. And then came back to see John. We were on a budget with a very big wish list and John came through. From just looking to sale and on through the delivery team, Mattress Firm was wonderful! Highly recommend!!"
