"I placed an online order for this location. When I arrived, they informed me that the item wasn't in stock, despite me ordering it. Would've been great to receive notice before I made the 45 minute drive."
"I visited this location yesterday (my second time visiting this location). I could not find the dermalogica where I saw it at originally my first visit. I proceeded to ask the cashier did they move it and a women with blonde hair by the name of “Sherry” interjected and said “yes we have it right over here at the front”. I responded and said “okay thank you”, and as I was walking past her to visit the dermalogica section, I heard her mumble under her breath “yea so we can watch you”. I was in disbelief when I heard her say that. I don’t believe she knew I heard her. When it was time for me to check out I also noticed how she was being very observant of me when she was not even the employee servicing me. I feel as though I was being profiled. The entire experience was uncomfortable and I will not be visiting this location again."
"The moment I walked in the lady working in there was rolling her eyes at me, asking me to hurry up because they were closing (in an hour) and kept huffing and puffing while I chose my items. It was an extremely uncomfortable experience."
"Sherri is an absolute delight to work with. She never hesitates to go out of her way to help and is always pleasant and informative! She has the best personality, and Salon Centric should feel so lucky to have a gal like her managing one of their stores! Sherri, we appreciate you so much at our salon & we cannot thank you enough!!! A 5 Star Rating does NOT do you any justice - if I could leave a 10 Star Review for you I would!"
"Glen burnie is awesome!! Sherri is always willing to help customers with all questions. I used to manage the Annapolis location until July 2017, I opened the store in 2011 and built great relationships with the local salons and stylists. It makes me sad that everything my staff and I had worked so hard to achieve is no longer happening by all the comments and reviews I read. But rest assured Sherri at Glen burnie will take great care of you. I've had the pleasure of knowing and working with her for almost 7 years. Trust and believe you wont be disappointed with your visit."
