"Ordered delivery off the App. 30 minutes after when my food was supposed to be delivered I called yo ask about it and was told my food had been sitting there because they didn’t have any drivers. When I questioned why it let me order delivery when that wasn’t an option they blamed me because ‘no one orders delivery from the app’. Ordering from direct app is most profitable for them so you think they’d prefer this. Don’t order delivery unless your sure they have drivers apparently(?). Very strange service…"
