"Tried the Putty Hill location today, Saturday, March 24th. I won't be going back. Parking is a nightmare. I hate going someplace where the parking is stressful. Not enough spaces and cars coming at you from all directions. My car almost is hit by a guy backing into a space. That's the first strike. The fountain sodas are HORRIBLE. I love a good fountain Coke. This Coke was too syrupy. Restaurants overcharge for drinks. They need to get it right. That's the second strike. Like another reviewer said, the food was COLD. I ordered the orange chicken, the stringbean chicken, and the fried rice. All cold. This has to be some kind of health department fail. I also got the cream cheese rangoons. They were soggy. Strike 3, you are OUT! If you like Panda Express, I would suggest the Harford Rd location or White Marsh. It has a drive thru. You don't even have to get out of the car. I also think the Constant Friendship location in Bel Air/Aberdeen has great food. I have missed the mall location and was hoping this would replace it."

"The counter staff at this panda express are 100% sexist. Everytime I've gone in, I've gotten a smaller portion of both rice and the protein than any other panda I've ever been to; but the men in the checkout lines always get more when I've been there. I even had my boyfriend go in once instead of me to test the theory and the plate they gave him was so overflowing it looked like he bought a larger portion size.And it's not specifically one employee doing this, they've all done it the few time I went. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU'RE A WOMAN."

"I am a fan of Panda Express in general so I was excited to find a newly opened location in Towson Place shopping center. I stopped by today around noon for lunch. The building is new and looks great, the dining room is large and offers several types of tables. There is an outdoor eating area as well. The ordering area is a long counter displaying all the food choices. The menu offers several options for entrees and sides, kid's meals too! Drinks are either served from the counter in bottles or you can order fountain sodas with free self-serve refills. Everything was great today, food was really good and the restaurant was really clean. Will be back!"
