"Today on 01/14/2024 my wife and I went to this location for a new mattress. The lady ( forgot the name ) was very unfriendly and had a very bad attitude. She thought we’re some kind of idiots. We went to her desk to buy the mattress and she kept talking with that attitude that makes you feel you’re garbage. We just walked out. I see the reviews talking about men sales people and give a good service to customers and I really wish someone else was there today. Our desire to get a mattress from them, is over. Never again .."

"This was my second time going to Mattress Firm to purchase a mattress for my son (first time was for my other son). Both times, the selection has been decent in our low-to-mid price range. I had the same sales manager both times and he was knowledgeable and patient while my sons tested beds. I most appreciated that the manager was the right amount of attentive but not pushy and the whole process took less than 30 minutes. We’ll also get the mattress is less than 1 week. I didn’t research mattresses or prices so I can’t say how they compare, but I recommend this location for great customer service."
