"This is the first haircut I've had in literally 6 years that I've loved. Katie is a master at what she does. I was extremely nervous to try someone new and it had been 18+ months since a professional had touched my very long hair because I had been trying to grow it out and it had been mercilessly chopped off by the last two people to cut it. Not only did she keep all the length she could but she cut my hair in a way that got it to curl back up more than it has in a long time. The cut has grown out beautifully. Also the boutique they have has super cute stuff and the place is super welcoming. As a late-diagnosed AuDHDer who gets overstimulated easily I was super comfortable the entire time and she didn't mind when I got up to move around or when I was fidgety. There's not a lot of places I feel totally comfortable being fully unmasked but Soul Love is absolutely one of them. I live in Alexandria and will happily make the ~2 hour drive up to Baltimore again "
