"Extremely pleased with my purchase. Jessica and Chuck were both extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. My wife and I have bought 4 beds from this store and we have always had a great experience and leave as happy customers. Unfortunately, that is where the nightmare begins (Day of Delivery). This is the second time after sizeable purchases that the delivery driver has arrived at my house and used any excuse in the book not to deliver my bed. It's unbelievable. The driver ruins the entire experience. I would caution anyone to RUN, not walk from an experience with Garcia the driver. The first time the driver took a picture of my backyard and sent it to dispatch claiming that I did not shovel my driveway. Yes you heard that right. Today he went to the wrong house and yelled at me for pointing out that he was not at the correct house (The address on the paperwork was correct). Given my experience, I personally will not likely purchase anything from this store again unless I am explicitly guaranteed that I do not have to deal with this unprofessional and unethical driver."
