"These owner responses are hilarious. 5 stars for that alone. You don't remain in business for 40 years by being buttery soft and appeasing clueless customers. I only want to buy my furniture from someone with big huevos. I bought a lounge chair from this place. It is an epic chair. I sit in it all the time. It may be the best chair ever. This is the only furniture store in the area where you will find this chair. Ask the sales associates to, "Show you the best chair" and they will take you to the chair I am referring to. It's like a secret menu item, because they tuck it deep in the store, very inconspicuously placed. But, once you sit in this chair it will ruin all other chairs for you."

"BEWARE: My wife and I bought three items and within 24 hours decided to cancel two of items and they REFUSED to credit our credit card back. Instead they put high pressure sales on us and texted us over and over until we had to tell them to stop. They promised to refund our money by sending us a check and after two weeks we still do not have our refund. Very unethical and shady at best."

We got some great information's on different wood types and liked the walnut options.
