"This is undoubtedly the worst chipotle location I’ve ever been to. I live nearby so occasionally come here out of convenience but instead of walking 3 mins to get to this location I’d rather drive 20. Rice is always undercooked or cold (or both). Never have any fajita veggies, presumably out of pure laziness of the staff. They don’t start your mobile order until after you arrive at the restaurant, even if they it’s past your quoted pickup time. Chips are always too salty, stale, or more often than not both. Every couple weeks I’ll give this place another shot and every time it’s been completely disappointing."

"Ordered here three times, the first two times I ordered online and they messed up the order both times, forgetting to include the fajitas. The third time, they gave us fajitas but they tasted spoiled and were soggy. I think this Chipotle needs to reevaluate and ensure they're meeting food safety standards."

"Reading the bad reviews I was still willing to risk going in and taking a look at the food. If it looked bad or they were out of a few things I wanted we were planning on leaving. The food looked fine and tasted like normal good Chipotle. The issue was about an hour later I was having “the runs”. For me it’s not normal to have that after eating out all over the world at random places so I think there was something truly wrong with the food preparation/cleanliness etc."
