"The manager did my nails and triple booked himself and rushed through my mani pedi. Barely rubbed my legs or hands. I ended up being moved around and having two different people working on my nails and the color was put on thick and clunky and was in my cuticles. When they removed the polish from my toes the left old color in the beds of my nails. The polish on my toes is also uneven. The gel setting up light was old and dirty looking and wasn’t charged. It kept turning off on my hands. Everything was very rushed and unprofessional. The manager himself made some pretty unprofessional comments to me saying my husband doesn’t like me because “I let myself go”. When I expressed my dissatisfaction the “best he could do” was a color change for free in a week. On top of the horrible nail experience I had lashes done and asked for a basic lash at the $20 price to see if I liked having false lashes on and the woman who did them put on single lashes which cost $40. They charged $125 for a mani pedi and set of lashes even though I explained to him the lashes weren’t the ones I asked for. Everything was BEYOND SUBPAR for the price. Will not be returning and will not suggest them to my family or friends who planned to frequent."

"Ct nails was great. I originally had an appointment with Johnny because that’s who everyone on the reviews spoke highly of but, once i got to the salon they thought MiMi would be better able to serve me. And when I say she did an amazing job! I showed her a picture of what i wanted and she did exactly that and added what she felt would best compliment me. Yes they are a little pricey( I paid $30 more then what I usually pay) but it was worth it. The atmosphere is calming and clean and Johnny and MiMi are amazing owners and so friendly. Johnny will definitely have you laughing!"

"I went there on the 7th my husband paid as a birthday present also I was getting ready to have my daughter who came The 13th so a pampered day , it's only been 16days and last night n today there just lifting like it's nothing, The lady Mimi did my nails but for 75$ I'm very very much NOT HAPPY!"
