"The cashier couldn’t understand me, then they forgot about my entire order then after I gave them my receipt (always take your receipt!!) they gave me the wrong order… also this location does not have side salads. Not sure if airport chick fil a do reward points either"

"Firstly, you're getting price gouged when all the other food vendors agree not to raise prices past a certain point. A 12 count nugget meal costs $16.39 before tax, and down the street the same meal costs $11.69. Secondly, whoever owns this location should visit a proper CFA and learn something. Customer service in terms of friendliness or speed do not come close to other locations. After someone beckons you over to the register to order, you then sit in an awkward queue of people waiting for food with nowhere to stand. Orders come out at the speed of smell. Then you discover the cashier was a previous Starbucks employee, because your name on the order is nothing like the name you provided, or was visible on your badge. Once you sit down with your $17 fast food, you realize there's no dipping sauces. In summary, this location is a disservice to the CFA name and it's customers."

"Ordered a chicken sandwich with fries and drink. $17. Sandwich was wrong order. Fries warm. Not hot. Out of control price for a hamburger bun, fried chicken piece and two pickle slices."

"In one week both times to visit and get food from this airport Chick-fil-A, the customer service was the worst. The workers were playing and laughing rather than listening to the orders, then repeated the orders correctly, i confirmed and yet didn't get the food right related to them not even ringing up what they repeated so therefore had to place another order to receive the food. And received the wrong food on top of this.....PLEASE.... IT IS NOT THAT COMPLICATED TO LISTEN..... us customers are trying ro get to flights we do not care that this person or that person is at another restaurant nor do we care that you are back there flirting and playing. Just work....."

"No complaints. Perfect comfort meal before a flight. Remember not to fly on Sunday so you can grab a meal here. Line was longer than anywhere else, but they handled it quickly and got us our food out quick. Even in the airport, everything was clean, organized, friendly - and of course the food tasted great. Can’t go wrong with their chicken sandwiches and waffle fries! Have a nice flight."
