"Not worth a single star. Your better off going to the one in Owings Mills, better employees and better selection. I ordered 10 sheets of drywall on the online app and went to pick it up two days later. After waiting at the front desk for 20 minutes. I was told it had just been loaded onto a cart. Shortly after the two loaders come walking by and tell the customer service cashier that it's loaded in the drywall area and they keep on walking.. You are seriously gonna walk up to the front and not bring the drywall when there are 2 of you? That's not even the best part, I walk down to drywall to grab it myself and they had loaded 11 sheets of the wrong kind of drywall. They busted it all up while loading it too. At this point I'll spend the extra time driving to Lowe's because this place is a dump"

"I don't even know where to start. If I could give zeo stars, I would. I went into the store looking for brick. The website lists over 1k in stock. When I got to the store they had NONE. I spoke with a representative who told me to request delivery and the item would come the next day. I questioned this since the item is no where to be found in the store. I was then told that they'd get it from another store close by....but I was still assured it would come the next day. I received multiple emails and text messages stating my order had shipped and it was out for delivery. Here it is at 8am the store calls and says they can't fulfill my order and that I can wait until tomorrow to see if they can get it from another store. Keep in mind, I went to 4 stores yesterday....I explained that I already paid the laborers and i really needed thr order today...since no one will be available at the home tomorrow for such a large order. I asked if it was possible to get the items today from another store. The answer was no because all other stores say delivery is tomorrow too. They wouldn't even call the other store to help possibly expedite the order. I'm so hurt and disappointed. I feel like no one cares because it's not them or their money."

"It’s beginning to look a LOT like Christmas!! This my local Home Depot and walking in and seeing the Christmas decor out and neatly set up it made me smile. Christmas is my most favoritest holdiay of all time. Looking good HD!!! They never disappoint. Shout to the two ladies in there working hard fluffing them trees, great job!!"

"Waited at the pro desk for awhile and eventually had to go ask someone to call for an associate. Finally after waiting more she comes strolling up and says nothing just stands there with a horrible attitude. I tell her I would like to do a phone sale and you can read it all over her face she is miserable. Once we get done with the sale she still says nothing hands me the recipe and walks away. I didn’t mean to burden her with her job so I’ll be sure to not buy my plumbing supplies from here again."
