"I was Very Pleased with the Welcome when I entered the Store. I told them what I needed, and Azfer was Quick to accommodate me. I was able to purchase a Mattress of Good Quality w/a 10-year Warranty. It was So Comfortable when I tried the Mattress, Firm YET Flexible. I felt like I could take a Quick Nap while at Mattress FIRM in Catonsville @Westview Mall. The Boxspring is made by SEALY, and we All know, "If the Boxspring is NO GOOD the Mattress will NOT be Comfortable." I enjoyed my shopping experience, Azfer made me feel Comfortable, he answered All of my Questions and Provided a Wealth of Information re: the Mattress, Boxspring, 10-year Warranty (What will be Honored and what to avoid in the 10-year Warranty). Azfer wanted to ensure that I had a Mattress Cover, He told me when the "Delivery Team," would contact me (the Day before the Delivery) and give me a Two-hour window of when they'd Deliver my Boxspring and Mattress.
