"The Cream of Crab Soup: This soup was absolutely delightful. It had a perfect balance of creaminess, and the crab meat was tender, making each spoonful a burst of flavor. The Cheesesteak Sandwich: I was blown away by the tenderness of the meat in this sandwich. It was perfectly seasoned and melted in my mouth with every bite. The toasted Hoagie Bread used, OMG, the best! Yes, it has grilled onions too! Definitely a must-try. The Mussels: These mussels were a true highlight of my dining experience. They were plump, juicy, and cooked in a flavorful broth that left me wanting more. However, I was slightly disappointed with the Crab Egg Rolls. While the crispy wrapper was enjoyable, the mixture of crab, ginger, cream cheese, and other ingredients had a bitter taste. I couldn't help but wonder if there was an excess of ginger that overwhelmed the other flavors. Additionally, it would have been a nice touch to have a Sweet Chili Sauce available for dipping the Blue Crab Egg Rolls. The Spicy Aioli provided was tasty, but I felt it didn't quite elevate the balance of the salty flavors. Despite this minor setback, the overall experience was fantastic. The service was top-notch, and the ambiance of the restaurant created a pleasant atmosphere. I absolutely love the rooftop area! I highly recommend trying the Cream of Crab Soup, Cheesesteak Sandwich, and Mussels for a truly delicious meal. Just be aware that the Crab Egg Rolls might not suit everyone's taste preference. @Watershed, if you decide to tweak the flavor of the Blue Crab Eggrolls to remove the bitter taste and add a Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce, please let me know. Oh boy, the seafood here is out of this world! Every dish I tasted was bursting with flavor and made with the freshest ingredients. From succulent shrimp to perfectly cooked fish, Watershed truly knows how to take seafood to the next level. But it's not just the food that won me over; it's the outstanding service as well. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to make your dining experience exceptional. They really go above and beyond to ensure you have a memorable time. All in all, Watershed is a hidden gem that I can't recommend enough. If you're ever in the area, make sure to stop by and indulge in their delectable seafood. Trust me, you won't regret it!"

"One of those atlas restaurants that get a rap because of poor service. We came in on a an empty Thursday evening, took the waitress long to acknowledge our presence and then another 10 minutes to serve the cocktail menu which needed to be scanned. Service was bad and really sub par . Didn’t order food as we didn’t find any vegan options. Expecting a different (and better) server next time . Second visit was fantastic with an amazing host. Very friendly knowledgeable and polite. Thanks for the great evening!!"

"Great atmosphere, good parking. Spacious (upstairs on the rooftop) Appetizers were good but entrees were not. I had the Scottish Salmon, which was salty and my wife had the Seafood pasta, and thr noodles were tender. Service was excellent, we made reservations for 6:30pm but was able to get seats early."

"Absolutely love coming here! The hostess was so sweet and friendly when we walked up to go get a table outside. The food is always delicious. The Cream of Crab Soup was fantastic. I also had an orange crush. I got the 32 oz. one. Definitely worth the price! My husband and my best friend had a blast and loved coming here as well. We will definitely be back. I only have one complaint. Our waitress told us that we could not sit at the table, if we did not order food. There were 9 tables open that no one was sitting at. She came across as very rude. My husband, myself and best friend were all thrown off by her comment. It did not sit well with us. We will not allow the attitude of one employee to ruin us from ever going back there again."
