"I have been here twice. Both were due to my regular place being busy. The first time I was pretty satisfied. However, this second time was VERYYYYY disappointed. I went there last Saturday for a gel refill. The guy doing my nails burned me 3x with the electronic nail filer. I literally pulled my hands away and had to tell him that’s my skin and it hurts. Then, he messed my thumb up so he had to redo just my thumb after painting all my nails. However, I guess he was rushing and didn’t have my nails sit and dry the entire timer of the gel machine and it chipped less than three hours later. It was coming right off. I went back the next day to get my thumb fixed. A lady fixed it for me. She also noticed two other nails were starting to chip but didn’t say anything and neither did I. I just wanted to be done with it all. Here we are four days later and one nail has completely broken in half. Four others are badly chipping and the gel coming off. Maybe gel just isn’t their thing. I noticed they don’t do base for gel. I asked the man who I originally went to and he said he doesn’t think any nail salons do base for gel. I told him My regular place does indeed do base for gel. I will NOT be going back. Even if my place is busy, I’ll just have to find somewhere else or make sure I book at my regular place."

"I’m always treated very nicely here and get a good nail job done. Tho I do miss getting wine while being worked on. Not five stars today because I asked for a glitter top coat on my toes and she didn’t seem to understand. I also couldn’t get through on the phone to schedule an appointment, so my 15 minute wait turned into nearly an hour. I’ll still go back tho, just wish I could get an appointment with my favorite person."

"This was the first time I came here. The place looks nice inside, but they failed at properly doing a basic manicure and pedicure. They cut the cuticles so much that it was painful, used cheap polish and kept forcing me to consider gel polish, which I kept saying I didn't want. Even though they have OPI polish, they didn't use it on me, and went with a brand I've never heard of. Polish started chipping the next day and nails started breaking the day after. Usually a manicure lasts at least a week, but three days later, they were awful at my brother's wedding. This photo is at a week: really chipped, cuticles ruined."
