Conneaut Lake Park Beach

"I had fun glassing here. I found lots of cobalt pieces. Nice boardwalk to walk out to the sand"

"Conneaut Lake Park is closed we found out. So we enjoyed a food truck and A tiki like alcohol shack. Great drinks. The beach area is not huge as boats are docking there. A small roped off area is the beach. Not sure of depth as did not go in the water. Clean beach. The hotel Conneaut overlooks the beach area."

"The beach area is on its way to bring a great spot. Love the tiki bar there and Sharkies. The demolition of the amusement park definitely out a hamper on the area, but hopefully it can recover into something great. Right now it’s a nice spot to hangout with a good boat dock there as well."

"Ehh... well... I'm glad was able to visit. If you don't expect much, and keep expectations low, you won't be disappointed. The expression, 'doing the best with what they have', fits nicely in this instance. I'd love to see them get some kind of grant money to really renovate it. Like a '57 Chevy sitting in a field exposed to the elements, it has a LOT of potential. Still pretty and a nice place to visit. Not a lost cause, yet."
