Rosario’s Pizzeria Northeast 576 Township Line Road, PA 19012

"We have heard very good things about Rosario's since they opened. And we are by nature driven to support local businesses. So we placed our first order - a Mexican pizza, cheese fries. quac and chips, and a veggie burrito. About twenty minutes after we placed the order we got a call telling us they could not make a a veggie burrito but could make a steak or chicken burrito, neither of which were to the taste of the vegetarian in the house. I told them I would need to cancel the order, which left them dumbfounded. But it is simple. I am not ordering Friday night dinner in from multiple places. However, they said they could not cancel the order, rather I would have to call the Slice customer service center to have it canceled. Slice did cancel the order, but the process included my being put on hold while Slice contacted Rosario's to verify they could not fulfill the order as requested. I wish he best to all local businesses but this one is a mess and they will not be given a second chance."

"Their al pastor pizza is unbelievably good. Stop whatever you're doing right now, put on your pizza pants and get one. Just, wow. (Also, when we ordered through a delivery service, there's been no issue with the wait time. But if delivery directly through the restaurant, crazy wait. Assuming they don't have a lot of delivery people there) UPDATE: the burritos are incredible too"

"Finally, legit city pizza in the burbs. I've been dying for a great pie since leaving South Philly 7 years ago and now Rosario's has moved in 10 minutes from my house. The traditional Italian pizza is as good as any corner shop in the city and a welcome addition to the area."

"I just ordered two cheese steaks and a fry, the total was 47 dollars. I realized I ordered at the wrong location I intended to order it to the location on 15th. Within 10 minutes of ordering I called slice(the site i ordered through) who contacted the location and asked for a refund or to change locations and they claimed it was all already made. I have ordered from Rosario's many times and not once has my order been ready in under 30 minutes. They refused to deliver which I would've paid for, refused to refund, and refused to provide me with a picture proving it was made which was why they wouldn't refund me so I'm out 47 dollars now which ain't cheap. Their food is amazing but this customer service is incredibly lack luster and 47 dollars is a lot to have wasted. I would recommend ordering if you have a half an hour of time to kill but do not order online. It's jenky and if there are mistakes they will not be corrected."

"2 days in a row, my co-worker & I ordered for delivery. We were really excited to try this place. Yesterday, the delivery was an hour late. They made the salad completely wrong, which I couldn't eat bc some of the toppings they added are bad for my health right now. I received a phone call from the restaurant explaining & apologizing, which I thought was very nice. So today, my co-worker & I decided to try them out again. The order was 20 minutes late this time. The fries were EXTREMELY salty, inedible. My co-worker's mushroom cheesesteak-- he pulled a long hair out of the meat. That's just terrible. I called the restaurant 3 times to speak to someone about this, no answer. We're just really disappointed bc the menu looks awesome & we wanted to try EVERYTHING on this menu, but it looks like that won't be happening unfortunately."
