"It's ok. Your average beach. The kids had fun. But unfortunately the bathrooms were not open or anything so that was the only downside."
"Wonderful state park with multiple access point. The beaches are clean and well kept. Restroom facilities are older and a little run down but has plenty of space. Parking is always available. Beach #1 has the most space and a lot of picnic tables."
"We always have a great time while we are here. We rent a cabin once a year and stay for a week. We've never been disappointed! The lake is beautiful, the woods are gorgeous, and the beaches are relaxing."
"It is lovely here, but if the winds even exceed 9 mph the water is choppy. And seaweed washes ashore. The water is far from clear but so far so good. Rocky right at the shore, but in a few steps soft and comfy. I like it on a weekday. Lower number of people, fewer dogs, less cigarette smoke and quieter."
"We love the modern cabins in Jamestown PA. Very private, quiet, relaxing. The view is wonderful - either the lake side or the wooded area. Lots of fishing and boating opportunities close by."
