"My review is a little late, due to helping a family member move. I purchased a mattress from them and Mr. Sam and the other salesman provided me with very good customer service. They were engaging, answered my questions and told me about some of the services they provided for store pick-up. I do plan to return because I told my daughter and she was intersted it visiting. We will try to go today. If you are having an issue with a product, give them a call because I had the impression that they are interested in customer satisfaction."

"Deeply disappointed by the services.. I had orders queen bedframe set and meta frame. I just have trusted and paid the bill and asked for shipping. I found the metal frame is not useful to me. When I checked for return of the item with in the 24 hours they are saying all sales are final and not returnable. Deeply disappointed with people. Half information and Half knowledge we loose money."
