"Such a tranquil place to clear your mind and be one with nature. Off the beaten path so not a lot of traffic or fast paced "anything." Lots of places to walk, hike, bike, jog, exercise or just sit and enjoy the peace and quiet."
"There are some picnicking facilities; tables, grills, restrooms for visitors use. I have fished on both sides of the dam. There is a moderate-size parking lot on the spillway end of the dam which is practically empty every time I've visited. The bush in this area is thick and not user friendly. It is a scenic area, quiet and peaceful and a nice place to execise your pets. Kids need to be watched carefully around the dam for there are some danger areas; the water intake when the water level is low, the outflow, the rock-strewn slope on the reservoir side of the damn."
