Absolutely no manners and never once greets you, doesn’t smile, doesn’t thank you, he operates in silence or tells you to pull up. The Hispanic employee is super friendly and polite she exudes chick fila values and actually says my pleasure. Stick the guy in the back where the fryer or bathroom is. He’s my first interaction when I come for breakfast and lunch"

"This location is consistently, inconsistent with the quality of food. I go there and the nuggets are dry, the fries are stale and hard. It's kind of like they left the food in the fryer too long. Nothing is hot when I receive my food, it's just stale. When I get a milkshake it's kind of a coin toss... Especially with the chocolate milkshake, the chocolate milkshake barely tastes like chocolate. And the cookies, are some trash! Like they're too thick and hard. They're not soft like they're supposed to be. This location is just leaves a lot to be desired."

"Genesis took my order and was great! Plus the restaurant was clean, including the restroom. However the I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich meal and it wasn't fresh. The fries were old and my bun was hard. I'm willing to go back and try them again but I was disappointed in the food this time."

"Almost $6 for an eight count of nuggets. The nuggets are more like chicken crumbs. They were close to the size of small marbles. I have not had these for a long time, but they were a lot bigger. What is going on? They double in price and get half the size. With the portion sizes getting smaller and the sky high prices, why eat here at all?"
