I sought out her services following a recommendation by a well respected voice in the Loc Community. Given he lived in Jersey, I needed someone with experience and certified credentials as a Master Loctician near me in Maryland to address my concerns. It was common sense to take the hint as providence given the timing. I went from 102 to 51 locs due to experiencing issues with constantly needing repairs and damage from improper interlocking. Kala is a joy to work with overall. She explained everything, made me feel welcomed, comfortable and seen. You know good people when every action confirms the last with nothing but positivity and your best interest(s) at heart. I was concerned that the drive would be long and the location hard to find. Fortunately, that is not the case with a 30-40 min drive and shop on a main street with ample parking. I am sincerely glad and grateful to have found this gem - a TRUE HEALER!
