"First time at this establishment since opening, the place was clean & empty so ordering didn't take long. Asked for the subs to be modified a bit with additional add-ons based on their advertisements. There were 2 workers making the order which took 15 mins to make 2 subs. One associate was heard complaining about the modifications to one sub while forgetting to put the add-ons to the other sub. Our subs were soggy, not toasted (5 min drive back home), no add-ons on either subs as instructed AND paid for. Ordered a Ledos pizza to accompany the subs, but became the main highlight versus the Firehouse subs. May consider coming back when their attitude & service is better - bad 1st impression."

"This place is consistent and the service is quite friendly. I recommend this for a good high quality lunch. The ingredients are of good quality too and the bread is made fresh. Also I am happy to contribute towards the fire department. Overall good experience. The service may be a little slower, but it's good service."

"INCREDIBLY slow and poor service. Takes 15 minutes to get a sandwich made during quiet, non-rush times. Currently at the time of writing this, there are 4 people behind the counter (none making sandwiches), I have been waiting 19 minutes, and 2 people have come in and then left when they saw how slow it was. Avoid. 2 Stars because I assume the food won't be absolute trash after (now) 20 minutes and counting."
