"I was searching for a dining table and sofa set when I encountered Luis at the store, who graciously guided us through the selection. Ultimately, we decided to purchase the dining table. However, our experience with the delivery process has been rather disappointing. The initial delivery was canceled due to snow, and the second delivery brought the incorrect dining table. Upon reaching out to customer service to rectify the situation, I was assured that the correct item would be delivered on the same day within specified hours. Unfortunately, the delivery did not occur as promised. Subsequent calls yielded inconsistent information, with assurances of a delivery within an hour. Despite requesting to speak with Mohammed, the owner of the store, obtaining that information seems to be a challenge for the employees. I was initially inclined to support this business, particularly as an immigrant myself appreciating their resilience. However, my current experience has left me disheartened. The lack of transparency and the considerable time wasted in attempting to resolve the issue have worn my confidence. Although I intended to endorse the business, I am now hesitant and, regrettably, cannot recommend them based on the substantial inconvenience and time investment to secure my purchased items, which were acquired through hard-earned money."

"Terrible service, I would not return here and I do not recommend it either. They wasted a lot of my time. They sold me the product telling me that they had it but they never told me that I had to pick it up at another store a week later. I called and they told me that it was ready. I arrived for my purchase and they didn't. They had sent me to another one, I tend to pick it up at this place. They only care about selling but they don't care about consumer satisfaction."

"I bought furniture at this store. First of all Service is terrible. I was calling so many time to ask about my purchase because it didn’t come on time and I didn’t know when it is going to be delivered. But they never pick up the phone or even pick up they just put the phone on the counter or just hang up on you. Even one girl who pick up said she will call me back but she never call me. If you want to ask about your purchase they will ignore you and never answer your questions. It is worthless to go there and spend time and money when they treat you like nothing. Not helpful."
