"Had a bad experience with the student and the instructor. I booked an appointment for hair coloring, was told they were not able to color my hair when I arrived. I felt uncomfortable and pressured to make an immediate change by the instructor, and all options I considered for my hair were shut down and not explained properly. Oftentimes the student would also disagree with the instructor in front of me, this made me feel very uncomfortable. The customer service and lack of professionalism is horrible, do not recommend."

"Family member came in for hair appointment but last minute they seem super confused on what was even going on. The instructor told them they couldn’t do anything (perm or color) at all with their hair and they should leave. They were also shut down from any opinions and was told it “would look bad so no” without even giving a proper explanation. This place has terrible customer service and anyone who has respect for themselves should steer clear."

"I had an appointment for highlights in Jessup on January 20,2023. I arrived and met a young lady named Hope. She was just the kindness and asked me several questions to confirm what I wanted to get done to my hair. She also made sure she discussed the process & steps she was going to take with her teacher. All of this was very informative and helped ease my mind ensuring there was a really good chance. I would get my desired outcome. All I can say is I'm super happy & greatly appreciative with the way my hair turned out. The colors of the highlights and how it blended so nicely after the trim. It's exactly what I've wanted and couldn't have asked for a better person to do my hair then Ms. Hope. That being said, I immediately set up another appointment with her next month in February.
