"Lifelong Cville resident and it was my first time…man…what a cool spot. I’ve only had the bacon egg and cheese on ciabatta, but it was the right amount of everything and the staff is super friendly!"

"Is counter ordering and then service to the table acceptable? (And why not? It's much faster.) Then this is a perfect breakfast and lunch spot. Plenty of flexible seating (for groups of 6 and less) and delicious homemade style food. The baked goods, including thick and crunchy breads are a specialty. Our group had the Avocado Toast and the Turkey Cranberry sandwich (pictured). Both were excellent."

"It's in a great place in town. It's a really great cafe. The atmosphere suits both leisure trips by yourself and conversations with friends or family. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, with good coffee to top it all off."

"Absolutely lovely. Everyone was so nice. Everything I got was delicious. They had some local (NY) apple juice and it was the best apple juice I've ever had. Fresh fresh fresh bread right out of their ovens."

"Atwater's has always been amazing! So excited that they are elevating their menu with the culinary expertise of Chef Jerad!! I had a delicious brunch today! Mimosas, coffee, blueberry pancakes, country sausage, omelets with fluffy fresh eggs, and the sweet potato salad! I'm loving the new additions!! Can't wait for the dinner service in a few weeks!! Fantastic farm-to-table!"
