"This credit union can not handle their own disputes, they send it to another company.. Then that company sounds like a little kid. I was on hold she kept coming back and putting me on hold. Then hung up on me. I thought since she had all of my information She would call back. I called Clearview in Butler, they said they were busy and couldn't talk they never called me back..called again they called the company and said again I need to call to give them more information. I filled everything out in November 2022 it is now Feb 2023 still this is not taking care of , they have no problem writing letters and saying they are considering this dispute closed, because they need more information"

"Best Credit Union/Bank in Butler. They really know who you are as a member. Unlike larger chain Banks nearby these folks won't stick you with hidden fees or false promises. Their customer service has been consistently positive for the couple years that we've been members. They sincerely know who we are when we walk through the door or go through the drivethru and they are always helpful! We do business and personal banking with them! I highly recommend!"
