"Just tried to place an order in the drive thru and the rep in the intercom was very rude. His tone while speaking with me was rude, disrespectful and loud. I cancelled my order and left."

You will easily be left waiting to order for about 5 minutes before some even acknowledges you, or they will look at you and keep moving. The young gentleman who works there, needs to work somewhere else because it's obvious he doesn't want to be there. He is rather rude and condescending. I just want a hot caffeinated beverage with no extra attitude added to my order. Is that too much to ask for?"
