"This was so good. I got a cheesesteak with onions, long hot peppers, and copper sharp cheese like they recommended and that was the perfect combo. We waited 20-30 min for our order but it was well worth the wait!! Try to go around when they open at 11 am because it gets really busy, and make sure to have cash (they are cash only). The restaurant is takeout only but there is a park nearby to sit."

"Take out only spot that deals in cash with very long lines. Very helpful with food selection. They said you gotta have the Philly cheesesteak the right way which I trusted and didn't regret. The cheese steak is the best one I've had so far. It came with Cooper Sharp cheese, fried onions, long hot peppers and mushrooms. They did me right with this experience! Would come back again from NYC just for this."

"Don’t get a cheesesteak anywhere else! We live 60 miles away and have still stopped in just to take food home. Real deal, best rolls around, most tender steak, excellent pizza. Just go, you won’t be disappointed."

"This is a cash only, take out only, absolute gem of a local staple. I come here every time I’m in Philadelphia. The pizza is solid but the cheesesteak is top notch. The bread is amazing. The steak is juicy. The onions are sautéed to perfection. The cheese is the real stuff, not wiz. 6 stars if I could."

"The pizza is OK now, but not great. The bread is too soft (almost uncooked), and there is too much cheese (!!!) on the pizza. The service, though, is still good, and the atmosphere nice. This place used to be great two decades ago when we first visited it, but changed slowly to less better. One permanent issue with the place is that one can seldom get a parking space in front of the shop. We prefer now Lombardi's Pizzeria on the East side. The pizza is much better - better cooked, with the right amount of the right kind of cheese. Parking, also, is no problem there."
