"Big lots in Chambersburg got this high of a rating because I really like Big lots in general. Has great couches, furniture, snacks, and merchandise overall. Great to go if you're trying to avoid CVS, Giant, Walmart, and do a stop-n-go shopping situation.(Disclaimer: the better quality Big lots is the one in Hagerstown Maryland if you're willing to make the 30 minute commute.)"
