"My daughter and I were taken back to a room almost 20 minutes past the appointment time. It took maybe 10-15 for her teeth to be cleaned and then we waited an hour to be seen by the dentist. It takes absolutely forever to be seen. The staff is very nice, but it’s not a very efficient place."

"The nurses and doctors in the back are always amazing. The receptionist was very rude. I felt I had offended her some way because as soon as I walked up to the window she was annoyed with me. Once getting called back with my kids the nurses and drs really made up for the receptionist behavior. Amazing place to go with kids just wish the receptionist were a bit nicer, it’s one in particular. Most of them are great. i know everyone has off days though."

"One of my children does much better here than at our previous dentist. However, scheduling appointments is super frustrating. You can't talk to the office you go to. You have to go through a central scheduling office which aren't very helpful. Yesterday one of my children was to get fillings, but they had it scheduled as a cleaning, even though I had verified the appointment was to get cavities filled. They are also scheduling really far out, so usually you have to wait a couple months to schedule for cavities or sealants, etc. Also, they will not fill cavities in more than one quadrant of the mouth at a time. My 16 year old son had 4 cavities, one in each quadrant, and they want me to schedule 4 separate appointments to get them taken care of. He is old enough that he can handle 1/2 of his mouth being numb so that I could do 2 appointments instead of 4. However, they will not schedule the four appointments in a row. They will only schedule one at a time. Once you come in for 1 filling appointment, then the will schedule the next one and so on until finally all 4 are done. So by the time you can finally get all cavities taken care of, it is at least 6-9 months, if not longer, from the original appointment. Very frustrating!!"

"It was my first time coming here for my daughter’s check up after our insurance was no longer excepted at the last place. She is typically extremely nervous about doctors and the like but she felt super comfortable and had a smile on her face the whole visit! All of the staff from receptionist to nurses to the doctor herself were splendid!! Attentive and you can see they actually like kids! I love the addition of the coin & toy system, it really adds a fun element that my daughter is still waiting to go back! Doctor informed me of a cavity that needs to be filled and was very clear and concise. I will definitely be bringing my son here too!"
